As a Care Worker and Home Carer at Welfare Home Care Limited, you’ll help service users and clients enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship – and sharing great moments and memories too. It’s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a folfilling environment. Every day will be different, so you can expect to undertake work that’s as varied as it is rewarding. As a Care Worker and Home Carer, you coold be doing anything from supporting service users and clients with their Personal care (washing, bathing, hair & makeup), Continence support, Cooking, Housekeeping, Medication administration, and following care and support plans to ensure that each of our service users and clients has one-to-one time. It’s an opportunity to put your skills to meaningfol use and develop your career.
To join us as a Care Worker and Home Carer you’ll need to have some experience in caring for disabled people in a personalised manner. Some of our service users and clients are;
You will work with various individuals from Adolescents, and Older adolts, with a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you’ll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our service users and clients. In return, we’ll provide all the Care Certificate training you need to thrive.
