No, when you applied for a role, the training is provided is completely free and you get your certificate issues b Social Care TV

You'll need a laptop, internet connection and the willingness to learn through collaboration and mentorship. After each training you will undertake a test to demonstrate your knowledge

Workers who have passwed assessment will be placed in our books, and will be placed to work with some of our clients as work becomes available. It is important that your available remains open. You'll also be assigned a 'work', 'shifts' by your manager. However, there is the possibility of not being provided work. If you do not take work from us after 3 consecutive months we would terminate your employment relationship with us.

Yes, you can change your availability as your personal circumstances changes you can switch from part-time to full-time and vice-versa

Yes, you will get the hourly rate of pay as stated in your statement of employment with Welfare Tech Limited. We reward some workers who complete go the extra miles for our clients following feedbacks from clients. However, this is not a weekly, monthly, or contractually binding reward. All the bonus is descretionary.
